Job description

As an Agile Coach, you will be a key part of the global BBVA transformation, happening in all central areas and in all countries. You will help teams apply the Agile way of working and enforce the needed change in mindsets and behaviors to improve both satisfaction and performance

Responsibilities

Support teams in the application of Agile principles and archetypes.

Enhance the change in mindsets and behaviors that is needed to facilitate the new way of working for both teams and BBVA leadership.

Drive the cultural change, promoting feedback & continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

Identify patterns to modify the way of working at individual and team level and offer coaching sessions to address them.

Manage roadblocks and misalignments, removing any barrier restraining team’s execution.

Train the organization on Agile core principles and methodologies.

Performs work under general supervision.

Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.

May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Education/Experience

Requires a Bachelor''s degree.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Lic/Cert/Reg
