BBVA Compass drives growth through innovation. In the Product Manager role, you will work with internal business partners across all of our lines of business to research, design, price, promote and launch new products and services as well as the development of annual marketing plans for existing products.
Performs market research and the product, consumer and financial analyses required to design new products and services.
Manages the project development of new products and services, including building business cases and presenting to members of executive management teams.
Recommends strategies and implements effective marketing plans.
Tracks, analyzes and evaluates marketing campaigns, assessing effectiveness and profitability.
Works across all lines of business, interacting with peers and executives to coordinate marketing functions.
Responsible for strict adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements as well as department policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required for the Associate Product Manager. Additional experience required for advancement through the job hierarchy.
A reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to actively incorporate input from various sources and collaborate with others.
Must have experience with Data analytics.
Analytic and creative with persuasive presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills to successfully translate business needs into business value.
Efficient and detail-oriented, often working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred.
SQL and SAS Experience
Experience working with Retail Banking Deposit products.
