Responsible for assisting the Senior LD&FC Manager in the daily direction of team members in accordance with the department’s established policies and procedures. Ensure efficient and accurate processing and will provide professional service to customers. Assist in efforts to meet Service Level Agreements and quality requirements, participate in the training and mentoring of employees, and provide constructive feedback to respective team members. Perform complex tasks requiring broad and comprehensive experience and skills, and possess a good understanding of department processes and flows, as well as all Sox Controls. Approve or coordinate the approval of all closings and fundings.
Assist Senior LD&FC Manager in providing guidance for team and oversee work flow of CLO Closing and Funding Work-packages.
Comprehend all CLO Approval packages, as well as all legal/loan documents, due diligence requirements, compliance and credit policy requirements, and assist the respective team members with any issues/questions during the day to day production.
Ensure accurate Loan Documentation is properly signed and requirements are met.
Ensure CLO input is accurate and ready for booking to the Loan System.
Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members on work performed, as well as monitor and track for time off.
Work various team reports including out of balance, large wire recons, loan hub error feedback, CLO aging reports.
Distribute Month-end Booking Reports to the Team. Assist Manager with process/procedures updates. Provide training for new and existing team members.
Assist Manager with weekly staff meetings. Assist Manager in managing coverage required for staff vacation and time off.
Assist Manager in Projects and Best Places to Work initiatives for the Team. Work additional hours as necessary to meet Team goals and deadlines.
Bachelor''s Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required with Five (5) years of banking or other related financial industry experience. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
